Does Business Coaching really work?

Jun 15, 2022Coaching0 comments

Like with anything in life, what you put in is what you get out. Business coaching is no different – if you put in the hard work and effort, you get excellent results!

New clients often tell us that prior to starting coaching they wondered whether business coaching really works so we decided to put together the most commonly asked questions (with answers) prospects pose to us:

Q – What is the difference between Business and Life Coaching?

A – Life coaching is about improving your life through greater levels of fulfillment, removing obstacles, goal setting etc and this is not what we do. Business Coaching is focussed on improving your business, making more profit, creating systems, building a top performing team etc.

Q – How much does business coaching cost?

A – We have various packages to suit all budgets ranging from less than R 3,000 per month to R 25,000 per month. It all depends on the speed with which you want to build your business. Our 1st objective is to “find our fee” and make sure we make you more money than what you pay us, therefore making our services free to you.

Q – My fear is that I will feel “stupid” or intimidated by my coach?

A – At ActionCOACH Ignite, we will never judge or criticize you, we will only help and support you. We are in the business of helping business owners, no matter what level they are at, go to the next level without making you feel inadequate or less than.

Q – Am I locked into a long contract?

A – No, you can cancel your coaching with 60 days notice at any point in time. The only time you would ever want to cancel your coaching is if you are no longer getting the value you desire.

Q – What sort of results can I expect from coaching?

A – Coaching is a partnership between the client and the coach – we will always bring our part and you need to bring your part. We have had lots of clients achieve amazing results – growing their turnovers and profits by hundreds and in some cases thousands of percent. As your business improves, so should your personal life – more time with your family, more time for holidays and hobbies and of course a renewed mindset.

Q – Other than making more money, what are the other benefits of business coaching?

  • Accountability – Business owners have nobody to hold them accountable.
  • Loneliness – Business can be a lonely journey – not when you partner with us.
  • Identity Shift – We will get you working “on” your business as opposed to “in” your business.
  • Unreasonable Friend – We will ask you the tough questions, the questions that nobody else will ask you but the ones that will get you thinking.
  • Unconscious Incompetence – You don’t know what you don’t know. We will teach you all the disciplines and best practice to build and run your dream business.
